Xeroxing official biographies
[edit]It has been the practice of some posters to lift the entire text from a politician's official biography and post this as a wikipedia article. This is problematic for a number of reasons. First, when it lacks attribution it is plagiarism and may pose copyright violations, as it exceeds "fair use". Second, since the original text gets bulldozed it commits vandalism. Finally, since politicians don't cite their controversies in official bios it is seriously NOT NPOV.
Someone did that on this article. It's happened before on articles of CT politicians. It needs to stop —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.14.84.194 (talk) 11:40, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
