[edit]This article is libelous. Marzilli was never charged with sexual assault so it is impossible that he could have been convicted of it. He was instead indicted for and pled guilty to four counts of "verbally annoying and accosting" a person, one count of "disturbing the peace" and one count of "resisting arrest."
Some media reports included factually incorrect statements. A copy of the sentencing memos from either the prosecution, the defense or the trial judge will confirm this.
