[edit]I removed this section, diff, because it doesn't indicate it is clear of copyright. It has an entry at the bottom of "Exhibition commentary by Brian McAvera - 1999" which doesn't indicate that it is free of copyright (but does at least provide a reference without which we'd have to remove it as unreferenced.)
