Who wrote this piece? This guy's mother? What a bunch of adulating horse
hockey. The company they acquired seemed to think the way to do business was
to sue business partners. The current company seems to think they should just do
whatever, where ever they can buy land with zero concern about the local
environment and community. They have angered many, many people in
communities where they have plopped urban blight down without considering local
concerns. Because of the type of publication this is, perhaps you can't be blunt and
describe them as bottom slime, but it would certainly be appropriate to add some
more factual details about their business practices to provide a more complete set
