a (images are tagged and non-free content have non-free use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
  • Normally I'd be a bit hesitant about using HuffPost for a BLP - but all the uses of it are for simple facts and not for opinion, so I'm thinking it's reasonably safe.
  • The only concern I have is the use of War on the Rocks as a source for the statement "At the same time, he engaged in unorthodox behavior such as ritually cutting himself and telling his soldiers that, "I believe in the wrathful God of combat. I believe in Hecate"." Is this covered by any other source? Given it's a BLP, I'd really prefer to see another more reliable source cover this information.
  • I did some very minor copyedits - please check to make sure I haven't changed meaning or bungled something up with them.
  • Very nice work - just the one issue I noted above, which is thankfully not huge.
  • I randomly googled three phrases and only turned up Wikipedia mirrors. Earwig's tool shows no sign of copyright violation - everything it's flagging up is titles of works or very small phrases that are impossible to not use ("married and live", etc)
I've put the article on hold for seven days to allow folks to address the issues I've brought up. Feel free to contact me on my talk page, or here with any concerns, and let me know one of those places when the issues have been addressed. If I may suggest that you strike out, check mark, or otherwise mark the items I've detailed, that will make it possible for me to see what's been addressed, and you can keep track of what's been done and what still needs to be worked on. @Ealdgyth: Thank you for the review and copy edits! You are right about the sentence cited to War on the Rocks, on rereading I think that and the following sentence are salacious details not appropriate for a BLP. I changed to At the same time, Gant was suffering from severe post-traumatic stress disorder with a different ref, is that ok? --Cerebellum (talk) 23:08, 26 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
That looks good. Passing this now. Ealdgyth (talk) 13:16, 27 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
