- I think the thing about it being an ethnic slur should be removed. I went to Wiktionary and there is no mention of the term jigger being used as a term for Africans. Let alone have I even heard of an African being offended by the term jigger.(Myscrnnm (talk) 23:37, 20 April 2008 (UTC))
- Wiktionary is not a reliable source. I didn't know this term, either, but the List of ethnic slurs article gives a source for this meaning. Unless the source was misrepresented, or turns out not to be a reliable source, I suppose it should stay. --Macrakis (talk) 17:08, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
