The title of the article
[edit]I suggest that the title of this article be changed to: Jig (theatre). The phenomenon was and is known as a “jig”, and various adjectives, such a s stage, theatre, or Elizabethan are often added to it by recent historians, but not always — such adjectives are not attached and fixed. And the adjective “stage” doesn’t have much history. I think that if a person hears of a “jig” and wants to find out about it, they will look for “jig” and if they see “jig (theatre)” they’ll know that’s what they are looking for. A “stage jig” might not seem right to someone looking for a jig of the Elizabethan era. Zugzwanggambit (talk) 05:09, 4 March 2018 (UTC) The change was made. Thanks.
