Editors have been adding (and removing) content which says Seong-ho appeared at the 2018 State of the Union Address as part of propaganda designed to justify a military first strike against North Korea. No source has been provided that supports the content. I'll remove it again today and suggest it be discussed here rather than continue the insert/revert cycle.
