Wrong title
[edit]This seems to be the name of the modern, 21st-c. line, while A) the art. concentrates on the historical line, which B) served more than one valley (coastal plain; Jordan V. from Beisan/Bet She'an to Samakh; Yarmuk V. to Hama/Hammat Gader) and was known as the Haifa-Dera'a or Samakh line. The title must be discussed and agreed on here. Arminden (talk) 09:08, 20 October 2024 (UTC)
- Ynhockey, Whizkin: I believe you'd be interested in this discussion. Arminden (talk) 09:13, 20 October 2024 (UTC)
- The title is a translation of the Hebrew רכבת העמק, which is the common name for the line. The article talks about the part inside Israel, though of course it's impossible not to mention that it went further into other countries and was part of the greater Hejaz Railway. Therefore, the title is fine as it is in my opinion. What title did you have in mind? —Ynhockey (Talk) 08:49, 2 November 2024 (UTC)
