WP:PROMO concerns

I just added a WP:PROMO tag because most of the article sounds like an advertisement. Some phrases that stand out:

A year later, the nonsense is still in there. The article needs a serious cleaning-up. I would suggest that if someone who is sympathetic to the subject matter wants to take a shot at Wikifying it, more might remain than if I go in and do a wholesale cleaning, per WP's standards.
