I question the relevance of many of the elements listed in this article. In particular, polling or positions defended as a city council (i.e. speed limit, street parking.) are topics that extremely local and not really informative about the state of the city. And if it is deemed relevant to better understand the personality of Jeromy Farkas, it should not take that much space and could be all condensed in one paragraph. In general, a large portion of the article does not sound very encyclopedic. And in the context of an upcoming election, it looks like the purpose is more to make sure that voters know quickly about his position on many divisive issues (which is useful but not the role of Wikipedia) rather than informing readers about who he is.
