Suspect this article should be called "Jeon Hyeong-pil" and not "Jeon Hyeongpil".
See WP:TITLE for policies on how we determine titles. Of particular importance is WP:COMMONNAME.
Doing some Google Books searching, seems like "Jeon Hyeong-pil" is more common (remember to only look at non-wikipedia derived sources).
