– Comparing the page views for the past 7 years, the basketball players has the higher average than the saxophonist (even Jeffery Paul Chan averages more than the saxophonist). It's clear the saxophonist is not the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC anymore, but I am also quite unsure if the page view difference is significant enough to conclude that the basketball players is the new primary topic. So I say move the saxophonist's article and create a dab page at the name without the dab. I'm unsure though if "saxophonist", "composer", or "musician" should be the dab for the new page name of the saxophonist's article (if moved). Support moving Jeff Chan (basketball) to Jeff Chan, and Jeff Chan to Jeff Chan (saxophonist) as it's not even close. Ever since Wikipedia kept page view stats, the Filipino basketball player has 32 page views per day vs. the undisambiguated American musician with a paltry 6 per day and the disambiguated American film director has 0 per day. If this doesn't scream WP:PRIMARYTOPIC to you, I dunno what would. Howard the Duck (talk) 22:02, 24 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Dab at base name, support (saxophonist) or any other reasonable disambiguator. Film director article was created less than a month ago. Open to deciding if basketball player is primary in at least a couple months' time, when we have more data.
