It's a compact SUV, there are 5 other jeeps to choose from if you don't want a compact.

According to motor trend, not trail rated planes&mustangs510

Sorry about that, I realize that's not true... p&m510

Trail Rated??

[edit]

There has been a lot of talk in regards to whether or not this little thing is "Trial Rated". Jeep (Chrysler) has stated that it is Trail Rated...but not to the same degree as the Wrangler, and it is for that reason why they shyed away of adverstising it as such (although they still do to a certain degree, but not as much as other Jeeps). It is not a bad looking little Jeep (at least in fully loaded Limited trim), but something about the front of it just doesn't seem to work...that's just my opinion Nice article over all! Table of engines

[edit]

Can someone update the table that has the engines in it to include the 2.0L GEMA engine? that engine is available on the 4x2 model Patriot as an option only, and modifying the table formatting is a little beyond my current abilities. thanks!70.91.74.9 (talk) 17:32, 2 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Liberty

[edit]

In Russia, this model was sold as Liberty, because the Patriot name was taken over by the local UAZ. 188.18.217.108 (talk) 23:34, 12 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
