Publications
[edit]Policy and briefing papers produced by the mayor's staff or city departments during his administration can't be attributed to Tremblay as author. Most of the writings in this list section are official publications by the city, which means they are done by civil service and political appointee staff, at the direction of Trembly. For instance, budget briefing papers are prepared each year for various departments of the city, with an overview for the city as a whole. As it is not appropriate to attribute them to Tremblay, I will move them to a section called "Further reading". Editors who want them attributed to Tremblay need to be able to document that he personally wrote particular documents.Parkwells (talk) 19:54, 17 October 2015 (UTC)
