WP:MILHIST Assessment
[edit]Overall, a nice treatment. You've got pictures, some good sections covering different aspects of the subject, and a good number of references. But the introduction needs work. He was a French general? Outside of the dates, which I personally don't quite count as they're not part of the sentence, we know just about nothing about him from that intro. What makes him signficant or notable? Which conflicts did he fight in? LordAmeth 23:37, 28 October 2006 (UTC)
Heart
[edit]On principle, I reverted this uncited, uncommented, anonymous change as to the location of his heart. But what was here before was also uncited. Les Invalides is certainly correct, but between St. John Chapel & St. Louis Chapel I have no idea. Does someone have a citation? If so, please add it to the article. - Jmabel | Talk 21:17, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

Kleber's "egyptian origins"
[edit]The father of Kleber never was egyptian. He was from today's Alsace (french region next to the border with Germany) juste like his mother and his entire genealogy is from Bayern. It's very easy to find his genralogy in french. 2A01:CB01:1049:5786:13FC:B9B:CE52:6D1B (talk) 16:40, 28 January 2023 (UTC)
