This article is insulting for JL Crétier and lacks objectivity. many racers have won after other fellows accidents, in many sports: cycling, for example... It doesn't quote other good Crétiers's ranks in prestigious races. His victory was not only due to luck or hazard. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.203.84.6 (talk) 18:09, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
It's okay - no winner is responsible for unluck of opponents; it's the business of all sports to have luck or unluck. Hermann Maier wouldn't ask about an opponent. - You can win or loose a football game because the referee makes a mistake. No race will finish without mistakes of all racers. If you would list all winners of Olympic Events having advantage of unluck of opponents...Nice regards: --213.225.10.48 (talk) 20:10, 28 December 2016 (UTC).
