Other sources I have seen, including the French Wikipedia article on "Sauce béarnaise" and the 2019 Phaidon book "Signature Dishes That Matter", give this guy's name as Jean-Louis-François Collinet, rather than Jean-Louis Françoise-Collinet. On sight, this seems somewhat more plausible to me; also, as far as I can see, the only one of the references given that uses the current name form is just a blog post, whereas the French book by Boulet that is also referenced, uses the three-given-names-and-one-surname form. Are there any reasons not to change this? OMHalck (talk) 22:53, 12 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
So, I went ahead and made the change. I note, however, that the Wikidata page (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q60764665) still has the old form. I am not really familiar with Wikidata; if my page move here is reasonable, could anyone either a) fix the Wikidata page to reflect the change, or b) point me in the direction of where to start to learn about how to do this?
