"Instrumental in repositioning London as an international centre for contemporary art"
[edit]IP 110.175.103.41 said "The claim is simply unsuported. I read the article cited and NOWHERE does it claim that Jopling is responsible for this. Not to mention New York is the single most important conteporary art centre. I've made a very minor change but more editing is needed". I removed "instrumental in repositioning London as an international centre for contemporary art". This line was added by User:Jonelowe in this edit on 14:32, 19 July 2013. The only articles Jonelowe has edited are predominantly Jay Jopling and just occasionally White Cube, and White Cube artists Beatriz Milhazes, Darren Almond; Tim Marlow (who then worked at White Cube); as well as John Stezaker. -Lopifalko (talk) 08:26, 6 September 2016 (UTC)

Suggested merge to White cube
[edit]The bulk of this article is about the gallery. Is he notable enough for this article to stand on its own? If he is the White cube promotional material should be removed, as it just duplicates the material in the gallery's article. ThatMontrealIP (talk) 23:56, 29 March 2019 (UTC)
- As there has been no supporting discussion I will withdraw the idea of a merge.ThatMontrealIP (talk) 15:30, 9 March 2020 (UTC)
Number of children
[edit]The amount of children is incorrect. On one section, it says he has 2 children. But in Personal Life section, it says two children from his first marriage and another one with his new partner. 63.135.67.235 (talk) 05:37, 7 July 2022 (UTC)
