This article has almost certainly be written by somebody in Tan's camp. It is extremely bias e.g. Jim Wallhead beat jason tan in tan's home town and with one of the Judge's from Tan's native Liverpool. Wallhead's corner were attacked during the fight and it makes no mention of Wallhead's injury. And the vast majority of people who gave Tan that fight were from his club or local area. yet it does not mention this

Whilst in Tan's fight at "WCFC: No Guts, No Glory" against Alex Reid, it fails to mention that Alex Reid attended the show as a spectator and was drinking Champagne when asked by the promoters to fight http://www.sherdog.net/forums/showthread.php?t=352779. Plus the fight was a total farce and some argued (especally reid's camp) and Tan got a home town decision. but that is heresy.

Whilst in his UFC fight he was knocked cold by Marcus Davis

Marcus Davis vs. Jason Tan Round 1 Marcus Davis continued his tear, stopping Jason Tan just 75 seconds after the opening bell. Tan had no idea what happened to him after he was knocked out, and held Davis' leg until referee Yves Lavigne pulled him away.

Jason Tan v Alexandre Izidro

Professional- that sums up Jason Tan’s performance against the always dangerous Izidro. Predictably, the pair battled it out on the canvas for the majority of the first two rounds, showing each other a great deal of respect. In both rounds, Jason had significant periods when he was inflicting damage with strikes while in Alexandre’s guard. This was probably enough to sway the judges his way. Round Three was, to everyone’s surprise, a stand up exchange. Tan landed some crisp strikes, but they were single shots. Izidro put together more organised work, letting off some effective looking knees and 1-2s. Perhaps sensing he was behind, Izidro took a few more risks in the final minute, but Tan stood up to the assault. The judges all went for Tan 29-28.
