From Japan
[edit]I'm a Japanese. There are great mistake in this article. So I edited this article to inform people all over the world true. But I'm not good at English. Therefore there might be mistakes in grammar. If there are someone who can understund both Japanese and English perfectly, please edit this article again with seeing this site→http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E6%97%A5%E6%B3%B0%E6%94%BB%E5%AE%88%E5%90%8C%E7%9B%9F%E6%9D%A1%E7%B4%84 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Yuta2731 (talk • contribs) 10:07, 23 March 2012 (UTC)
Surat Thani
[edit]Where was the landing at Surat Thani? AFAIK there is no coastal village named Ban Don, that is the old name of Surat Thani town itself. The whole section should be enlarged - but sadly I have no real information to do it myself. I only know that the province hall caught fire during the fighting and burned down, and also heard the story that the Japanese at first entered Tha Thong river instead of the Tapi, thus arriving at the town delayed. But sadly I have no citation for this. andy 21:56, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
This whole article sounds like it has been written by a Thai nationalist, it definitely needs some work! It sounds biased to me. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 147.8.41.6 (talk) 14:38, 1 February 2010 (UTC)

Thai forces in the Malaya Campaign
[edit]An editor has added that Thai forces were involved in the Japanese invasion of Malaya. While I know they occupied several northern Malay states with the agreement of the Japanese later in the war, I can not find anything to support them being directly involved in the invasion and conquest of Malaya. Does anyone have any information to support the edit? NealeFamily (talk) 20:13, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
My correction as of 11/09/2016
[edit]I changed the name of the war to the Franco-Siamese War. I'm not sure, but the Sino-French War seemed like nonsense.--Adûnâi (talk) 22:31, 8 November 2016 (UTC)
