16 Feb 1922 appears to be correct, based on Japanese wikipedia and refernce Nihon Junyokanshi (History of Japanese Cruisers), 1991, ISBN 4-90551-39-0. --MChew 02:54, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
