"The article isn't finished" is not a valid reason for deletion. Ever.
I also disagree with the characterization of the article as being "unusable": a reader could easily determine very simple facts from this article, such as "There exists such a thing as a Japanese style of acupuncture" and "It uses smaller needles." WhatamIdoing (talk) 02:45, 13 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
