Obit question
[edit]Most of the published obituaries (including the one in her hometown newspaper, the Altoona News: http://www.altoonamirror.com/News/articles.asp?articleID=9397) for Janet Blair say that her birth name was "Martha Janet Lafferty," although there are a few sources that list the middle name as "Jean" or "Jane." The Wikipedia entry shows "Jane"--is there any definitive source for this? Owades 05:07, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
1200 performances
[edit]this bit of the myth seems just a little suspect:
making more than 1,200 performances in three years. "[I] never missed a performance", she noted proudly. During the tour, she also got married to second husband, producer-director Nick Mayo, and they became parents of Amanda and Andrew.
That's 400 performances per year ... and more than half of them while pregnant?? That's pretty incredible (or insane) dedication to the Art if it's true.
