Recent move
[edit]@Kdslk, the move is not appropriate as the article is not misspelled. Most of the available sources and reputed media houses name it as Jana Sena Party rather than Janasena Party as you cited the ECI as your source. The common name and widely accepted as per the abbreviation is Jana Sena Party. Additionally, the official party website mentions it as JanaSena Party where the letter S is capitalised. I request you to undo your move and reinstate to Jana Sena Party. 456legendtalk 12:20, 26 June 2024 (UTC)
- No, you can check it in the ECI website and you can see when Janasena Party Lok Sabha MP's are swearing in Lok Sabha shows as Janasena not Jana Sena. https://results.eci.gov.in/AcResultGenJune2024/partywisewinresult-860S01.htm
- Please check and change it to Janasena, Jana and Sena are not two single words in the party, in telugu they name it as జనసేన పార్టీ 2409:40F0:2021:FFB4:8000:0:0:0 (talk) 09:45, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
- refer WP:COMMONNAME, as per independent reliable english sources 456legendtalk 15:34, 27 June 2024 (UTC)
Party colours
[edit]@ Kdslk Doesn't the party colour also include white along with red? L5boat (talk) 07:36, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- Sorry. Now please check I also added white Kdslk (talk) 07:42, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- Cool. What's with 'mostly'? Don't we have details about the party colours? L5boat (talk) 07:46, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- @L5boat mostly means we usually use red colour to represent Janasena Party Kdslk (talk) 07:48, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- So, is white part of the party colour or not? If both colours are party colours, then no need to mention 'mostly', IMO. L5boat (talk) 07:52, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- Both red and white are part of the party colours. But red colour is used mostly to represent the party i.e. Color code of Janasena Party is Red Kdslk (talk) 07:55, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
- Okay. Is it the same shade of red? L5boat (talk) 09:57, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
