Jeremiah Richard Wasson
[edit]When I googled "J. R. Wasson," the following link referenced "Jeremiah Richard Wasson" of Sedalia, Missouri:
It may be relevant that the New York Times reports that the "famous" J. R. Wasson was in Sedalia, Missouri in 1894:
Something further is needed to clarify the implied question: Is J. R. Wasson the same person as Jeremiah Richard Wasson? --Ooperhoofd (talk) 01:04, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
I am the great great granddaughter of Jeremiah Richard Wasson. This article is not about my great great grandfather. This should be about James Robert Wasson. The book references refer to J. R. Wasson. Wasson family is prevalent in Sedalia, MO. Apparently James Wasson was probably visiting family when the NYT reported. Great article also in

- You are correct, apparently Jeremiah Richard Wasson has been mixed up with the life of James Robert Wasson. I accordingly moved the page to James R. Wasson and will rewrite the article, not today but within the week. ...GELongstreet (talk) 02:19, 3 December 2018 (UTC)
