occupation
[edit]Some info on what Mr. Ogilvy actually does professionally would be nice. His wife's brand new page contains info and a link on her business career, but his has nothing. Currently this page just tells what he does because of his famous relatives- some information on what he's done in his own right would be nice. TysK 20:49, 27 November 2006 (UTC)

Notability
[edit]I have raised the notability of this subject at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Royalty#James Ogilvy — Tivedshambo (t|c) 09:52, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
- That raising of a point can now be found at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Royalty/Archive 3#James Ogilvy. Somehow the guy managed to survive a visit to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/James Ogilvy. Chuntuk (talk) 10:03, 26 February 2019 (UTC)

Line of Succession
[edit]Although, in the article on the page http://news.bbc.co.uk/onthisday/hi/dates/stories/february/29/newsid_2758000/2758983.stm, it is mentioned that when James Ogilvy was born, he was 13th in line to the succession to the British Throne but wasn't he in fact 14th in line of succession to the British Throne at the time of his birth? The order being: 1.) Charles, Prince of Wales 2.) Prince Andrew, Duke of York 3.) Anne, Princess Royal 4.) Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon 5.) David Armstrong-Jones, 2nd Earl of Snowdon 6.) Prince Henry, Duke of Gloucester 7.) Prince William of Gloucester 8.) Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester 9.) Lady Davina Windsor 10.) Prince Edward, Duke of Kent 11.) George Windsor, Earl of St Andrews 12.) Prince Michael of Kent 13.) Princess Alexandra, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy 14.) James Ogilvy. Am I missing something?
