"iam a decentant from the mackenzie family and knew him from my grandad. thank you for your website it has been a great help. and can i just say my grandad said that he was a very proud man of is victoria cross and can you please put this up."

[edit]Evidently there is a known grave as there is a picture of it on the right. The entry should be edited to reflect this. If the grave depicted is not of this individual it should be removed from the record. --Calidore Chase 14:18, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
The grave pictured is that of a Major Mackenzie of the Bedfordshires and isn't relevant to this article.
