Additional Information Needed
[edit]As part of the University of Florida Wikipedia Project, this article underwent a substantial rewrite and expansion in July and August 2009. However, there remain several areas to be further explored, including:
1. What specific classes did Farr teach?
2. Following his retirement and the satisfaction of his "special status" obligations, what did Farr do for the rest of his life?
Any additional information that you may provide on these or other relevant parts of Dr. Farr's life story would be welcomed. Dirtlawyer1 (talk) 04:34, 17 January 2011 (UTC)
On his football connection
[edit]Consider Peter Golenbock's Go Gators on the first game in Florida: "The past of a Lake City Presbyterian Church was the coach. An English professor was his assistant." Sounds like Farr was the assistant. I've seen similar elsewhere, and am willing to grant it is all mistaken. The question remains: Who do they have in mind, and why?
