Re-Write is coming

By all means rewrite the article so that it adheres to wikipedia standards. Read the WP:WELCOME page for tutorials and other information. Happy editing. Freshacconci 14:48, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Freshacconci, Instead of complaining about the "tone" of the article why don't you help contribute and improve it then? This is an inital article on a well known artist afterall. --Zerokarma 19:55, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Adding tags to an article is contributing. It's pointing out problems that exist. Please do not remove tags without explanation or an attempt to address the issue. Thank you. Freshacconci 20:14, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Copied

[edit]

This article is copied from another website. Please read WP:COPY for further information. It will need to be completely rewritten or the article may be deleted per wikipedia policy. Freshacconci 20:38, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup

[edit]

Removed a butt load of promotional language, cleaned up prose with more neutral language and cited need for references. So far this article has zero references from published, third-party sources about the subject - a requirement to meet Wikipedia:Notability (people). There are claims in the article that "The person is regarded as an important figure or is widely cited by their peers or successors", but again it is un-referenced. It is up to the creators/editors of the article to supply those references to keep the article from being deleted as non-notable. If there is still a copy/paste problem then the ((copypaste)) tag should be added to the top of the page (the previous comment did not cite the suspected pages that were copied so I did not check that). 69.72.93.252 05:16, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's taken from here. I added the copy/paste tag. Freshacconci 14:22, 13 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
