I have changed "bequeathed" to "was bequeathed" because it's the only thing that makes sense. There is no source for the bequeathing of 20,000 pounds, so the entire sentence is doubtful. The article is lacking sources for a lot of the claims. Akld guy (talk) 20:20, 29 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Not only that, it did not had the right tone, which was probably a result of the translation from the Spanish article. I've done some copy-editing to make it more encyclopedic. I've also added sources, but the problem is: there aren't many. Primarily, there are two books, both of which are not viewable online, and a Discovery Channel documentary of which only a poor quality copy, cut in 5 parts, can be found on YouTube. I was actually quite excited when I saw this article, and if I had more time, I would probably have written it myself. Many years ago, I saw the Discovery Channel documentary on YouTube, and to me, it left very little doubt. If you look through the sensational narration and the dramatic music, the evidence presented was quite convincing, and I find it highly likely that James Kelly is the true identity of Jack the Ripper. I was quite surprised to read that many people still didn't believe it, despite an impressive pile of clues which host Ed Norris presented.
