"the weekly standard criticized it" (dubious)

[edit]

"..., but The Weekly Standard criticized it."

No; one reference is to a weblog, which is an opinion piece by Jamie Sneider. The other reference is broken. There is no citation for this claim (which is probably wrong: the opinion piece was misconstrued as a real article). I'll add a {{ dubious }}.--86.14.247.56 (talk) 22:39, 29 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I've cleaned up the citation to the Sneider opinion piece, but I am not sure it even belongs here. It does not seem to me that an article on Prof. Duane ought to include arguments on Duane's views; those probably belong elsewhere. But what would a subject line for an article on talking to the police be? — Raven Onthill (talk) 14:24, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

On further reflection, I have simply removed the Sneider cite. This whole article is about what Prof. Duane has written, and has little about Duane's biography, which seems to me more relevant to a biographical piece. Raven Onthill (talk) 14:27, 27 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
