"Beg" or "Beag"?

[edit]

This article is titled James "Beg" Stewart, but most of the article (apart from the ancestry tree) refers to him as James "Beag" Stewart. Which is correct? I notice that all the articles which link to this one refer to him as James "Beg" Stewart. DH85868993 (talk) 04:51, 22 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It should be "beag". I just popped over to change it, but can't see how to change article titles. Like mentioned in the article, "beag" means small in scots Gaelic.
I'm guessing all the linking articles say "beg" because that's what makes the autolink work TinglyRadiance (talk) 21:43, 30 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@TinglyRadiance: Thanks. I've changed the title of the article. For future reference, you can change the title of an article using the "move" tab at the top of the page. (However I notice that you're a fairly new editor, so maybe that tab does not appear for you yet?). Thanks again. DH85868993 (talk) 00:06, 1 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
