Regarding the "prod"
[edit]I'm not sure what the problem is and why it's so imperative to delete this:
- It's notable - by one of the foremost law professors in the field in his seminal paper - http://www.yale.edu/yalelj/112/BenklerWEB.pdf
- It's verfiable
- It's accurate
- It's referenced, though not in hundreds of Google search results
- Wiki is not paper
