This is my first time reading about Jaime Black. This artist-activist has certainly done some interesting things, most notable the REDress Project, however I'm not sure about her inclusing and/or article size in Wikipedia. There are very few internal links to this article. It reads like a potted history rather than an encyclopedic entry. I can't work out whether it's too detailed, reads like a resume or maybe shouldn't be in Wikipedia at all. Hence all three templates. There are lots of references, however I've noticed that quite a lot of artists get secondary coverage which isn't necessarily the same thing as notability.
