- Review:
- Article: 1: Yes it's new, nominated day of creation
- Article: 2: Yes long enough, just
- Article: 3: Yes it meets the guidelines, plenty of sources, NPOV, no copyvio
- Hook: 1: Yes it's under 200
- Hook: 2: Yes long enough, just
- Hook: 3: Certainly sourced, factual and neutral. Unlikely to be particularly interesting to non football fans and no big deal that a footballer's son is also a footballer, but clearly the interest angle comes from the different nationalities. The author and myself know this is actually fairly common due to eligibility rules, particularly in the British Isles and particularly at youth level, but it is something that might pique some readers' curiosity. And obviously with the father being an international, he was fairly well-known and his name will be familiar to many.
- Other: 1: Author-nom has long history at DYK and has indicated they've reviewed another article for this.
- Other: 2: N/A (no Commons image for father or son)
- Verdict:
- Think it's all good. This Is my first DYK review so went for something fairly straightforward. Crowsus (talk) 23:53, 20 May 2021 (UTC)
