General issues on notability and references

I made good faith edits to this article with the intention to simplify and clarify this biography, which were then reverted. There was (and still is) too much unreferenced and/or non-notable information in this article. To whoever may edit this article (especially via an IP address account), please take a look at Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons. Wikipedia biographical articles are not CVs or a general potted history of person. Another useful policy is that "Wikipedia is not a mirror", meaning that just because information is hed in public domain (e.g. Hansard) does not make it necessarily notable. I'm just an average editor trying to simplify articles that make the general user of Wikipedia gain sufficent and proportional insight into a topic. Seaweed (talk) 19:15, 7 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
