MOS

MOS:1STABBR indicates that on the first occurrence of an abbreviation it should be introduced with the full expression, ie. "National Rugby League (NRL)". The edit at issue implemented MOS:1STABBR, MOS:REPEATLINK, and enhanced logical flow. If you feel these revisions were not improvements, please explain why.
