[edit]This Triceritops-like image is a bit suspicious.

Hawaii
[edit]Introduced accidentally? Or on purpose? By whom and in what manner? It would be interesting to know the fuller story on this. LordAmeth (talk) 17:29, 9 January 2009 (UTC)

Captivity
[edit]Someone might want to add a (well-thought-out) section on this species in captivity. (I just deleted the section because the only remaining sentence didn't make any sense). philiptdotcom (talk) 09:08, 7 July 2009 (UTC) Well what does it eat in Hawaii? What other things can they eat besides insects in Hawaii? §http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Jackson%27s_Chameleon&action=edit§ion=3#§ — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.53.200.171 (talk) 04:03, 13 June 2012 (UTC)
Appearance
[edit]I lived in Hawaii. I saw and handled these a few times. They can be green, sky blue, yellow, brown, and true black. The colors are true and pure. Often they are two toned in a pattern like pointed leaves. They change color in about one second. They very much remind one of a little dinosaur. Tho illegal in Hawaii, they are common as pets and openly sold in out-of-the-way pet shops on Oahu. I have never seen them living in the wild. My Flatley (talk) 01:38, 14 May 2010 (UTC)
Popular Culture
[edit]In the series of fallout games Jackson's Chameleon was the genetic base used to create a biological weapon called the deathclaw.
