[edit]I removed this bit of information:
- "This film is NOT in the public domain. It was given a renewal certificate by the U.S. Copyright Office (#RE 136-766)and as a result Turner Entertainment Co. owns exclusive distribution rights."
as I could not find any of this information on the US Copyright Office web site. If someone could post a link to prove this I will reinsert the information, but the dozens of legal domestic releases on VHS and DVD from multiple companies clearly shows that this film is public domain material. I don't think that Turner would standstill and allow all these companies to be selling copies of their film for $.99 (as I saw a copy being sold for at my local Walgreens).
