Play for Cradley Heath
[edit]The veracity of the article's statement he signed onto Bournemouth and Boscombe Athletic from Cradley Heath in 1937 needs checking. There is a new book on the Rowley brothers that has just been launched, The Forgotten Brothers by Ian Davidson, published by Blue Army Publications, which states he was in Cradley Heath "on loan" from Wolverhampton Wanderers (therefore not permanently transferred from Wolves) between September and November of 1936. I would recommend a check against the latter book, anyone who can obtain a copy.
