@Kuraczan: What is this person's claim to notability? Why does he warrant his own Wikipedia article? As far as I can tell he is only notable for the triple murder in Borowce and the fact he is now sought as a most-wanted person is an ongoing consequence of that event. As the suspect in a crime, who has not been arrested, nor tried, let alone convicted of the murders he is alleged to have committed, as a living person he needs to be presumed not guilty unless and until the contrary is decided by a court of law. Consequently, "Editors must give serious consideration to not creating an article on an alleged perpetrator when no conviction is yet secured." As Wikipedia does not appear to have an article about the three murders he is alleged to have committed in 2021 in Borowce, which are not even mentioned on that page, I fail to understand why the subject is notable enough to merit his own article. First, write an article about the triple homicide in Borowce and include the information about the subject in that article. A perpetrator of a criminal event should not normally be the subject of a separate Wikipedia articleif there is an existing article that could incorporate the available encyclopedic material relating to that person. While the original homicides might not have been notable initially, the ongoing media coverage on the hunt for a suspect makes them more so now. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 00:36, 6 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Cameron Dewe: While you made some good points, I think that his notability as a wanted person is strong enough to have its own article. There are instances on Wikipedia of not yet convicted fugitives having their own article, on the basis that their wanted status is more notable than their alleged crime, for example Alejandro Castillo.
