Remaining questions

I reorganized this article but several questions remain:

Did he ever live outside Yemen?
What does the U.S. allege he did to support the Buffalo Six?
How long did Yemen sentence him to in his first conviction there (for the Limburg bombing)?
Was he connected to the USS Cole bombing?
