We are writing the response to the "speedy deletion".
My friend and I wrote the page because I have read about this company in magazines (we live in Shanghai China). I like their work and it is interesting because they do a good service to people here: 1) they give training skills to the waiters in a restaurant or to people working in hotels or in stores here in China. Often these people are from a low background and they do not speak good english or know how to work with foreigners. I know this company gives them training and helps them in their work life each day 2) As well they are helping to raise the service level in hotels restaurants and stores. I don't know if you have visited China but their is not much "service culture" and it's nice that this can change now with more and more Chinese customers. We made a link to an article about this.
On their website they say they want to "instil confidence and inspire leadership in the new generation of service professionals across China"; I like it because they do this and I only know this company who does this. As well they give a certificate to the people who they train.
Please tell us how we can add more to give more information
