JC Studios edit

[edit]

I removed the tag placed by CorenSearchBot. I am updating the company's listings and profiles at its request, and included information from its Web site with its permission. Please let me know if I need to adjust anything on this page to comply with Wikipedia guidelines.Markdfaris (talk) 14:47, 9 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. What we need in order to publish this text is verification of licensing permission from the original website. Please see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for more information on how to verify. If you have any questions about the verification process, please let me know at my talk page. The content has been blanked to permit the verification to proceed. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:59, 9 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

JC Studios Temporary Article

[edit]

I wrote a new version of the JC Studios article by following the provided link to a temp page. Hopefully that resolves the copyright issues. I'm also pursuing licensing permission since I expect the new version to be nixed.Markdfaris (talk) 17:02, 9 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

JC Studios Permission Received

[edit]

I received permission from JC Studios to use the copy from its Web site at www.jcstudios.net. I sent the appropriate email to the appropriate email address (permissions-en@wikimedia.org). Please note: the permissions is for copy from www.jcstudios.net. The company is switching its main domain name/Web site to www.jcstudios.net from www.needstudios.com. Since the same copyright issues will result with www.jcstudios.net, that's the site for which I have received permissions to use information from. The link in the article was also updated to point to www.jcstudios.net. Please let me know if there's anything else I need to do to resolve this issue. (Cross posted on the temporary page for this article).Markdfaris (talk) 17:27, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Noting that the OTRS release (ref: Ticket#: 2010021210038772) is still not complete at this time, the rewrite has been promoted to mainspace. MLauba (talk) 14:14, 24 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Cosby Show did not film at NBC Studios in Brooklyn

[edit]

As far as I am aware from the history of the show it always filmed at the Kaufman Astoria Studios on 36th Street in Astoria, Queens. Can someone provide a valid reference to show that at one or more times it was filmed in Brooklyn otherwise I am going to remove it from the article.
