Proposed Merge
[edit]Neither of these articles is really long enough to stand on its own, and the safety index seems like a fairly clear subcategory of the organization that it's named after. A redirect could be set up at JACDEC Safety Index, and all the content put together on one page. --Cantara 18:15, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
Possible inaccuracy
[edit]Where has been debated? At Turkish Airlines office? Even without DC-10 Turkish safety record isn't great. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.149.241.188 (talk) 13:47, 3 November 2013 (UTC)
Probable copyright violation
[edit]I have removed the "JACDEC safety index" section as a probable copyright violation. The text is very similar to the current version of this www.jacdec.de page; so similar, that I am sure when the section was added here, it was a copy-paste from the 2014 version of the external page.
I think the text in the lead section of the article is a sufficient summary of how the index is calculated. -- John of Reading (talk) 11:43, 1 October 2019 (UTC)
Advertising banner removal
[edit]Hi all,
Does anyone still think that this page is advertising? I read through it and it seems to be a good article. Geardona (talk) 01:26, 19 November 2023 (UTC)
