Vital stats
[edit]He was 2nd author to Tully, in 1977 5 yrs after his 1972 PhD thesis, so he might be younger. His solo pubs start 1978, and we have no date for his doctorate. If he's not also from the 40s, he can't be born much later than the late '50s. I'm saying "born c. 1950" but i see that as +/- 10 years; that's why "circa" is not only vague, but vague abt how vague it's being.
