Target
[edit]I changed the target to the biography section J. R. R. Tolkien#Manuscript locations rather than the plausible current alternative, Marquette University Special Collections and University Archives#Tolkien Manuscripts, literary holdings, and rare books. Although my chosen target also covers the collection at Oxford, it says more even regarding this collection. If coverage of this one were identical I would still choose to send readers where both collections are covered.
- P.S. The biography section (current redirect target) doesn't link to the alternative, which it should.
The target has been Marquette University#J. R. R. Tolkien Collection. I don't know when there was a section so-called. The university article doesn't now mention 'Tolkien' and that term appears in the edit history only 2007-01-02, beside the point here.
The university article did mention 'Tolkien' until it was split 2013-04-06 creating List of Marquette University buildings which now includes the JRRT content.
We also have Marquette University Special Collections and University Archives#Tolkien Manuscripts, literary holdings, and rare books. (The article includes a Tolkien Collection citation that is misleading and off-target, beside the point here.)
J. R. R. Tolkien bibliography does not mention any unpublished work. I ask, Should it? Talk:J. R. R. Tolkien bibliography#Manuscripts
