2010 additions

Bold characters are used for the names of prefectures but it's kind of hard to tell the difference between bold and regular kanji. I can't help but think there's a better way to mark them. Maybe an asterisk after them? --2602:30A:2CDB:490:DDA0:7AA7:1B8C:869D (talk) 00:03, 12 October 2016 (UTC)

Looking for source of information
