When I click on the second reference, it just comes up with this page again. I don't think that you should use template:sfn. Just put the whole Rutherford citation in the ref tags. Also the first reference belongs to the organisation the person works for. We also need at least two independent substantial reliable references to prove notability. @Graeme Bartlett: I added two additional 3rd party sources; would you agree with the removal of the tag at this point? In general, I consider being associated with the series Germany and the Second World War, Germany's semi-official history of WWII, to be a high presumption of notability.
